This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Premium Value Market (“PVM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) Affiliate Program. By registering as an Affiliate Partner, generating referral links, or ticking the agreement box on our registration page, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
To enroll, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate, truthful identification and bank payout information. We reserve the absolute right to approve, reject, or suspend any affiliate application or account at our sole discretion.
We will pay you a referral commission for each “Qualifying Purchase”. A Qualifying Purchase occurs when:

Note: If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, commission attribution is determined by the last-clicked referral link prior to purchase checkout.
Similar to major commercial affiliate networks (including the Amazon Associates Program), commissions are strictly contingent upon completed, retained customer transactions.
If a customer returns a product, receives a full or partial refund, cancels their order prior to dispatch, or initiates a bank credit card chargeback or dispute, no commission is earned on that transaction, and the referral status will be marked as refunded.
If a commission has already been included in your pending balance or disbursed to your bank account for an order that is subsequently returned, refunded, or reversed, Premium Value Market explicitly reserves the right to:

Any violation of the following prohibitions will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and the total forfeiture of all accrued commissions:
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, your right to use our referral links and assets ceases immediately. If your account is terminated due to fraud, deceptive practices, or violation of Section 5 or 6, all outstanding unpaid commissions are permanently forfeited.
The Affiliate Program and all store products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event will Premium Value Market be liable to any Affiliate for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions set forth in our general Terms & Conditions.
